Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an intrusive heat quantity variable heat insulating panel capable of adjusting the heat insulating performance of a heat insulating panel itself for covering the outside of a low temperature liquefied gas tank.
CONSTITUTION: An intrusive heat quantity variable heat insulating panel is constituted of a panel 14 formed of a flat hollow panel 7 with built-in reinforcing material 6, and heat insulating material 15 rigidly fixed to one side face of the hollow panel 7; a piepline 21 connected to the hollow panel 7 and provided with a valve; and a branch pipe 22 branching off from between the hollow panel 7 and the valve 20 so as to be connected to a vacuum source 23.
