PURPOSE: To dispense with climbing up to a high position of a gliding surface after gliding by supporting a seesaw type gliding base freely oscillatably around a fulcrum provided approximately in mid-way part and oscillating this gliding base backward after gliding on the gliding surface from a high position side to a low position side.

CONSTITUTION: Approximately the central part of the rear surface of the seesaw type gliding base 1 extended with artificial lawn 13, etc., on its gliding surface is projectingly provided with a bearing plate 11. This bearing plate 11 is pivotally fitted 12 to the top end of a strut 21 installed on a floor and the gliding base 1 is supported freely oscillatably around a shaft 12. A hydraulic cylinder 3 is driven to tilt the gliding base 1 so as to make one end side high and the other end side low so that the low side comes into contact with the surface of the floor 2 in the case of enjoying of, for example, an artificial ski. A skier is made to glide from the one side increased in height toward the other side which is low. The hydraulic cylinder 3 is driven again after the gliding to tilt the gliding base 1 backward to make the other end side which is low high and to make the one end side which is heretofore made high low. The skier is made to glide from the other end side.
