Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve startability by reducing starting voltage of a low pressure gas discharge lamp.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of electrodes 13, 13 are opposed to be built in a bulb 12. In each electrode 13, a filament coil 16 is built in a conductive sleeve 15 of opening an opposed end opposed to the other electrode 13. A point end part 16a of this filament coil 16 is protruded to the forward from an opening end of the conductive sleeve 15.
