Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the mounting time o electronic devices and also to prevent damage and destruction of the electronic devices caused by centering arms.
CONSTITUTION: By driving X-shaft and Y-shaft centering arms 14 and 16 in a centering head 10 with X-shaft and Y-shaft stepping motors 26 and 28, the centering of an electronic device sucked by a nozzle 12 is done. The centering starts before the nozzle 12 sucking the electronic device starts moving, resulting in the reduction of the mounting time.
