PURPOSE:To obtain a one-pack composition having high storage stability and giving a cured material having excellent chemical properties, physical properties, stain-resistance and weather resistance at a relatively low temperature by compounding a compound containing specific functional group, a fluorine- containing compound and a thermal latent acid catalyst. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by compounding (A) a compound having >=2 functional groups of formula (R<1> to R<3> are H or 1-18C organic group; R<4> is 1-18C organic group; R<3> and R<4> may together form a heterocyclic group containing Y<1> as the hetero-atom; Y<1> is O or S), (B) a fluorine- containing compound having >=2 reactive functional groups capable of forming a chemical bond with the above functional group by heating (e.g. epoxy group, alkoxysilane group or hydroxyl group) in one molecule and, as necessary, (C) a thermal latent acid catalyst exhibiting its activity by thermal curing, e.g. a compound produced by neutralizing a protonic acid or a Lewis acid with a Lewis base. The component A is a polymer of an alpha,beta-unsaturated compound or a polyester resin.
