Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an array and supply conveyor device for long vegetables and fruits to array carrots or others in one line in sequence with V-arranged belt conveyors.
CONSTITUTION: V-arranged belt conveyors, which constitute a V-groove 4 at a single side, out of multiple narrow belt conveyors V-arranged as a whole are made as high-speed belt conveyors 3 in a belt conveyor passage with a feed width. Several belt conveyors 5, 6, 7 slower in sequency are continuously arranged in inclination on the inclined upper side of one high-speed belt conveyor 3 to form the whole inclined conveyor plane as a slide-down conveying plane 9. Conveyed materials on the slower belt conveyor on the inclined upper side are slided and interrupted in a conveying gap for conveyed materials made in the faster belt conveyor side to be automatically arrayed in one line in sequence on the high-speed belt conveyor 3 side of the V-groove 4.
