CONSTITUTION: A recess 24 is provided at the side edge of the horizontally extended portion of each of metallic band plates 21 constituting a flat wire net 20, and a fork portion 26 formed at the end portion of a dead plate 25 is fitted into the recess 24 of the flat wire net 20 so that the end of the horizontal fork portion of the dead plate 25 is extended near above the outer peripheral surface of the idler wheel 30 of the conveyor.
