Abstract:

CONSTITUTION: The bottom of a chemical feed part 8 of a holier 4 is brought into contact with the top of a rotary perforated plate 10 or arranged in the vicinity of the top of the plate and an opening part 27 to pass through the inside and the outside of a feed part in the direction of rotation of the perforated plate 10 is formed through the feed part 8 or the rotary perforated plate 10.
