Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a video analysis processing system in which the quickness and efficiency of a picture point address calculation processing can be maximized.

CONSTITUTION: An approach configuration coordinate transforming part 2 transforms the approach configuration of a block, line, row, diagonal line, inverse diagonal line, and eight direction and a reference coordinates (i, j) into the approach configuration of the block, line, row, diagonal line, and inverse diagonal line and a transformed coordinates (i', j') of a video point. An address calculating pat 3 calculates an address difference from this each approach state and the transformed coordinates, (i', j'), and outputs it, and an address moving part 4 re-arranges it by each type of the approach direction. At that time, an input generating organization DK 2 displaces and generates an address difference C which is 0 or 1 and a residual address difference A by each approach state. Thus, the address calculation for any approach configuration can be attained by one time of addition.
