PURPOSE: To improve productivity by ring-bending a material on a core bar with a forming means, inserting a formed article into holding shaft of a feeder in a upper part, feeding and supplying the material through the movement of the feeder and bending the next ring parallelly in this action.

CONSTITUTION: The material 1a is cut by a forming means to a prescribed length, bent in the ring shape along a core bar 43, the ring formed article on this core bar is pushed up to a holding bar of an upper feed means 50 and reset. A holding bar part holding a ring formed article is elevated, moved horizontally, then, lowered to a prescribed position, the ring formed article on the holding bar is projected down and supplied. Then, the holding bar part is elevated, moved horizontaly, returned and the next ring bending is conducted by this forming means parallelly in the time of motion of the feeding out means. In this way, forming requires no waiting time and productivity can be improved.
