PURPOSE: To easily lead out electrodes with high productivity, by forming a planar type coil layer and an electrode leading-out layer for leading out an electrode from the coil layer, and arranging magnetic substance layers positioned so as to sandwich the planar coil layer.
CONSTITUTION: A planar type coil layer (a) wherein a first electrode region being the winding start part of the center part of a spiral type conductor and a second electrode region being the winding end part of an outer peripheral part are unified in a body by using insulator is formed. A first conductor path electrically connected with the first electrode region and a second conductor path connected electrically with the second electrode region are formed. Outer terminals connected with the first electrode and the second electrode, respectively, are unified in a body by using insulator layers C, C', C", and an electrode leading-out layer (b) is formed. Magnetic substance layers (d), (d') which sandwich the planar coil layer (a) are arranged. The planar coil layer (a), the electrode leading-out layer (b) and the magnetic substance layers (d), (d') are unified in a body. Thereby all parts can be turned into a layer type foil type, and a planar magnetic element wherein the leading-out of electrodes is easily and massproductivity is excellent can be obtained.
