Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the malfunction by the power ripple of a semiconductor device and the breakage of a semiconductor device by an excessive current when an external load which requires a capacity lager than the rated capacity of the device is connected in the control of the output terminal of the semiconductor device.
CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor device is gotten, which compares the voltage appearing in the output terminal 104 connected with external load and performs the control of an output buffer 103 by the result, concerning the control of an output buffer 103 which outputs the signal from the inner circuit 101 of a semiconductor device to outside.
