PURPOSE: To prepare, to change, and to delete plural radius size lines in a lump.

CONSTITUTION: A prescribed value setting means 11 preliminarily sets various prescribed balues for the preparation of a radius size line. A dimension line object retrieval means 12 retrieves the output object of the radius size line, a size value calculation means 13 calculates the radius value of the output object, a size line preparation position calculation means 14 calculates the preparation position of the radius size line, a radius size line preparation means 15 prepares the radius size line having the calculsted size value at the preparation position. A size value cahnge means 16 changes the selection of the effective digit number as well as the presence or absence of zero suppression of the dicimal point position of the size value of the prepared radius size line in a lump or separately, a size line position change means 17 changes the position of the prepared radius size line in a lump or separately, and a size line deletion means 18 deletes the preparaed radius size line in a lump or separately.
