Abstract:
PURPOSE:To freely adjust a preset gap between a separating roller and a conveyor belt or a driving roller by supporting the driving roller on a supporting arm which can be swung and arranging on the supporting arm, an adjusting means for adjusting the preset gap. CONSTITUTION:When two or more paper pieces 2 in superposed state are transported, a separating roller 41 is pushed up by those paper pieces, and a preset gap (g) from a driving roller 45 disappears and both rollers 41 and 45 make contact with each other and the separating roller 41 is reversely turned by the driving power of the driving roller 45, and the paper piece on the side in contact with the separating roller 41 is pushed back to the upstream side. On the other hand, if a paper piece on a conveyor belt 24 side is sent to the downstream side as it is by the conveyor belt 24, and finally separated one by one and transported. When the separating faculty see us to drop during use, a supporting arms 44 which supports the driving roller 45 is swung by an adjusting means, e.g., adjusting cam 50, and the preset gap (g) between both rollers 41 and 45 is adjusted.
