Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain ground fabric for air bag for effectively preventing stitch deviation/fray without impairing characteristics of uncoated fabric of lightweight/flexibility/air permeability.
CONSTITUTION: This fabric for air bag is the fabric for air bag which comprises fabric composed of multifilament yarn of synthetic fiber having 1-6 single yarn denier, 70-850 total denier, ≥6g/denier yarn tenacity and ≤30wt.% based on the fabric of a resin. The resin is partially laminated to the surface of the fabric or applied to the interlaced part of the fabric. The fabric for air bag has 0.1-20cc/cm2/second permeability and ≥5kgf/cm yarn draw resistance force.
