Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automate sampling and enable sampling of minimum necessity amount and avoiding such a process as washing.
CONSTITUTION: In a vessel 1 for containing a large amount of liquid specimen, a vacuum tube 25 kept at vacuum state by closing the mouth with a blocking film is inserted directing the mouth downward together with a needle tube 27 for puncturing the blocking film. By submerging the needle tube 27 in the liquid and puncturing the blocking film, the liquid specimen is taken in the vacuum tube 25 in accordance with the vacuum in the tube 25. After taking the specimen, the specimen is elevated above the vessel 1 and moved to the transportation location holding the vacuum tube 25.
