Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of cracking, necking or the like due to the existence of a drain hole on a reinforcement rib at the time of machining the closed part of the rib by forming the drain hole at the prescribed or longer distance from the inner end of the closed part.
SOLUTION: A plurality of ribs 2 and closed parts 6 formed by crushing both ends of each reinforcement rib 2 are provided on the lower surface of a flat part 1 over the whole length thereof. In addition, a drain hole 5 formed on the bottom 4a of the box type part 4 of the reinforcement rib 2 at a position nearest the end of a flat deck panel is positioned at a distance L expressed by the formula of L=0.7×YS-140(mm), where YS is the yielding point of a galvanized steel plate by the unit of N/mm2, or longer from the inner end of the closed part 6 or a boundary area between the closed part 6 and the incompletely crushed rib 2. According to this construction, the occurrence of the crack or the like of the reinforcement rib 2 can be prevented, and a lightweight structure can be prevented, using high-strength steel of small thickness.
