PURPOSE: To reduce the wiring work cost and to decrease the power consumption by interrupting a current to a transmission function for a time other than a data transmission time of a sensor with a communication function.
CONSTITUTION: A sensor 1 with a communication function is installed apart from a receiver 11 and data from the sensor 1 are propagated to the receiver 11 through a radio channel and a transmitter 3 is provided with a clock 4. Then the sensor 2 detects a physical quantity and digital data are inputted to a microcomputer 5 of the transmitter 3 and a modulation changeover device 6 modulates digital data in a transmission signal form. The modulated signal is propagated in air as a radio wave via an antenna 10 from a transmission circuit 7. Furthermore, the radio wave is received by the receiver 11 and data are collected by the radio system. Then the clock body 4 is used to interrupt a current from a power supply to the modulation circuit 6 and the transmission circuit 7 for a time other than data collection time.
