Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the fall of the active material and the damage of a plate, and correct the deformation of a lug part of the plate simultaneously by performing the pressurization of a flat surface part of a plate and the correction of a lug part of the electrode plate simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:A pair of bar-shape rollers 1 for pressurizing a flat surface part of a plate from the upper and the lower and feeding the plate are provided, and a conical roller 2 is provided in one end of the roller 1. A flat surface part of a plate 3 is pressurized by the rollers 1 from the upper and the lower, and while the camber (condition A) of a lug part 4 of the plate 3 is bent to the direction reverse to the camber (condition B) by the rollers 2. When the plate 3 is passed through a correcting device, the lug part 2 is returned to the condition C by the elastic restoring force of itself to be flattened. Consequently, correction of the only lug part can be performed without damaging the plate. Simultaneously, since the plate is pressurized by the rollers, the adhesiveness of the active material to the grid net type material is improved.
