PURPOSE: To provide a pumping-up device for liquid which reduces a cost and simplifies structure.

CONSTITUTION: In a pumping-up device for a liquid, a pumping-up pipe 10 is disposed from a position above a liquid level toward a position inside liquid and liquid is pumped up by feeding gas to the lower end side of the pumping-up pipe 10 by using a compressed gas feeding means 20. The delivery port at the upper end of the pumping-up pipe 10 is introduced in a closed vacuum chamber 11 and positioned in a spot above the bottom of the vacuum chamber 11. A vacuum pump 13 to reduce a pressure in the vacuum chamber 11 is connected to the ceiling part side of the vacuum chamber 11. The inflow port at the upper end of a discharge pipe 15 through which liquid pumped up in the vacuum chamber 11 is caused to flow down and discharged to the outside is opened to the bottom of the vacuum chamber 11, and a delivery port at the other end is extended in a down state.
