Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a folder which can hold its closed state by means of a writing instrument by combining the folder with the writing instrument when both are not in use.
CONSTITUTION: A writing instrument 16 including an interlocking means 14 is combined with a folder 2 including a means for receiving the means 14, and after the means 14 is received by the means for receiving the means 14 of the folder 2, a front cover 4 and a rear cover 6 of the folder 2 are fixed together by the means 14 to close the folder 2, and hence the writing instrument 16 is attached to the folder 2.
