PURPOSE: To select and execute desired heating cooking from many heating cooking menus or modes with a simplified operation by one operation dial.

CONSTITUTION: An operating panel 17 includes a digital display 18, an automated heating cooking menu display 21, and a manual heating cooking mode display 22, further including an operation dial 20 and an operation indicator 29. Each time the operation dial 20 is pushed, the automated cooking or manual cooking display 21, 22 is alternately switched, and as the operation dial is rotated in the state where menus are displayed on the cooking displays, selection is performed among the menus. For the operations, with the operation dial 20 being only repeatedly rotated and pushed, selective setting of the automated heating cooking menu, selection of the manual heating cooking mode, and setting of cooking conditions are realized, and hence desired heating cooking is selected and executed with ease.
