Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the device capable of readily changing the whole width of a seedling placing stand into width for transportation and traveling by a simple structure.
CONSTITUTION: A device for planting seedlings is equipped with a seedling placing stand 4 formed by arranging seedling placing parts 15 of set width in a line in the lateral direction on each planting row. The seedling placing stand 4 is provided with slide adjusting mechanism S which relatively slides vertically superimposed seedling placing stand parts 21a and 21b in the width direction and can elastically controls the whole width of the seedling placing stand in the lateral direction.
