PURPOSE: To form information on an information recording medium with high resolution and high sensitivity through a photosensor by using the photosensor in specific structure which performs light-induction amplifying operation.
CONSTITUTION: The photosensor 7 is cylindrical, formed by laminating a substrate 1, an electrode 2, and a photoconductive layer 3, and semiconductive, and performs the light-induction amplifying operation. An information recording medium 8 is in a long-sized sheet shape and formed by laminating macromolecule dispersion type liquid crystal 6 and an electrode 5. Therefore, when a subject image is imaged on the photosensor 7 through an image forming means, a conductive pattern is developed in the photoconductive layer 3 of the photosensor 7 according to the quantity of the light. The part where the conductive pattern is developed by pressure bonding the photosensor 7 against the information recording medium 8 face to face by rotating the photosensor 7 around the axis of the cylinder by a rotating means and when a voltage applying means applies a voltage between the electrodes 2 and 5, the developed conductive pattern is converted into a light-induced current pattern, which is recorded as a light scatter image on the information recording medium 8. This information recording has high resolution and high sensitivity.
