Abstract:
PURPOSE: To arrange an electric wire for connecting a module with the next module in groove-like passages for the wire, by containing a groove-like passage extending in the horizontal direction of a module, and a groove-like side passage extending ahead and along the side of the module, in each module. CONSTITUTION: Each module 4 includes side frames 20 connected mechanically to the adjacent area of the front edge of a panel by a connecting grooves 22, and opposed each other. This connecting grooves connect the side frames 20 opposing each other mechanically, and also form a passage for the electric wire along the front edge of the counter and support it. A side passage 24 is made in the side frames 20 each, and if two side frames are connected, a space 40 wherein the electric wire is arranged is formed. This is useful when modules are moved in the horizontal direction of modules to construct a stepped counter, and the passage 24 becomes one for arranging the electric wire in the groove 22 of the next module sliding horizontally from the other groove 22.
