Abstract:
PURPOSE: To achieve a highly accurate fine displacement control by providing an opposing spacing displacement adjusting member between two members which are provided opposingly and then performing reduced conversion of an input displacement according to a ratio of sum of an elastic distortion of one member to both members with one of the members as a reference surface.
CONSTITUTION: A fixing plate 1 is fixed by holding it from upper and lower sides with a thin plate 3 and a thick plate 2. An exterior thread 4 is penetrated through an interior thread 12 which is provided at a center of the thin plate 3 and its tip part 13 is allowed to contact a central upper surface 14 of the thick plate 2. A protrusion 4 is provided on a central lower surface of the thick plate 2 for forming a contact part with a reference surface 11. Then, for adjusting a height H finely, the exterior thread 4 is rotated and a distance between the tip part 13 and a central lower surface 15 of the thin plate 3 is displaced by Δh, thus enabling the plates 2 and 3 to be displayed by A Δ1 and Δh2 in a direction of opposing spacing extension and the protrusion 5 to be finely displaced in a direction of height by Δh1. Namely, a displacement reduction rate of Δh1/Δh (Δh=Δh1+Δh2) is provided for a displacement input Δh according to the exterior thread 4, thus enabling a height to be adjusted finely.
