PURPOSE: To simplify soldering work for connecting with a printed wiring substrate and to prevent heat generation at a power supply connecting part.
CONSTITUTION: A guide frame 11 for inserting a printed wiring substrate 8 is vertically provided on the bottom of an insulating housing 2. The signal terminal segment 32 of a signal contact faces the inner surface of the guide frame 11. A power supply contact is projected to both the outsides of the guide frame. The signal terminal segment 32 of the signal contact and the power supply contact are connected tor a signal line 81 on the printed wiring substrate 8 and a power supply line 82, respectively. The signal contact is of a board-in structure to eliminate soldering work. The power supply contact has no danger of heat generation owing to soldering connection.
