PURPOSE: To increase the speed of measure per truck scale so as to improve the measure capacity by removably fitting an ID card to a car body of a truck, and disposing an antenna and a controller in a position of a truck scale site where communication is possible, thereby performing unmanned giving and receiving of information.
CONSTITUTION: An ID card 5 where information is written by a computer 12 of an office is fitted to a designated spot of a truck, the truck starts for A measure place. When the truck is put on truck scales 31, 32, truck management information is read from micro waves generated from antennas 61, 62, and the complete vehicle dead weight is written in the ID card through controllers 71, 72 to be printed by printers 81, 82 and be sent to a computer 11. Subsequently, when the truck is loaded with cargo in a cargo handling place, and the truck is again put on the track scales, the loading weight is written to be printed and stored in the computer 11, and the loadage is calculated from a difference between the loading weight and the vehicle dead weight.
