Abstract:
PURPOSE: To increase workability and heating efficiency by laminating in order a middle layer in which a surface heating element is included and a surface layer with elasticity on a bed layer with elasticity and heat insulating property.
CONSTITUTION: A bed layer 1 made by bonding multiple soft elastic aggregate 10 such as rubber chip, etc., with resin binder 11 such as polyurethane, etc., is formed on a bed A of concrete, mortar, etc. Next, a middle layer 2 comprising a filling layer 20 formed on the surface of the bed layer 1, a leveling layer 21 laminated on the filling layer 20, and a surface heating element 22 such as carbon paper, etc., at the both ends of which an electrode is installed, embedded in the leveling layer 21 is formed on the bed layer 1. Then a hardenable coating liquid such as polyurethane, etc. is coated on the surface of the leveling layer 21, and hardened to form a surface layer 3. In this way, it can be adopted for the existing facilities, etc., simply, and also the heating efficiency can be increased.
