Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a compact microfiltration device with the permeating rate enhanced to improve filtration efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: A filter membrane 2 having micropores is movably provided over the almost horizontal position to the inclined position, a perforated support 5 is firmly disposed to the lower surface of the membrane 2, and mist sprays 9 for injecting a misty cleaning soln. over the membrane 2 at the inclined position of the membrane 2 is furnished to constitute the device.
