Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automate the transferring work of bagged unpolished rice to a set and predetermined position and the piling work of the same.
CONSTITUTION: Arranging positions and piling positions are set in accordance with the data of the kind of customers, the kind of qualities and the operated number of bags of unpolished rice, which are inputted upon charging grains, while a transfer device 4 and an overhead transfer hoist 5 are controlled by the setting to arrange and pile the bagged unpolished rice on the predetermined positions. The bagged unpolished rice is arranged and piled automatically whereby man-hours can be reduced remarkably.
