Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatically assemble a large number of element wires densely and manufacture element wire assembled bodies with high quality.
CONSTITUTION: Element wires 12 are sent one by one through an element wire guiding route. The element wires 12 are placed in an assembling die 14 in an order shown by the number from 1 to 331 by displacing the assembling die 14 in width direction and in vertical direction wherein the assembling die 14 is installed in outlet side of the guiding route and thus a group part of element wires assembled into a hexagonal cross-section shape is formed.
