PURPOSE: To provide the press brake by which prevents a work from spring up at the time of bending the work, safety of a worker is secured, and also, a problem of the quality such as buckling of the work, etc., is obviated.

CONSTITUTION: This press brake is constituted by providing the upper part table 27 provided with a punch 29, the lower part table 35 provided with a die 37, a frame 5 provided with the upper and the lower part tables 27, 35 so as to be movable vertically in a state that these upper and lower part tables 27, 35 are separated from each other, and a driving means 9 for turning the frame 5 by synchronizing with a bending angle at the time when bending is executed to a work W by cooperation of the punch 29 and the die 37.
