PURPOSE: To output multiple kinds of image data stored in a data storage means at one time in a short period so as to shorten output processing time by providing the data storage means, a data transmitting means and a management controlmeans.
CONSTITUTION: When an operator instruction-inputs the name of a photograph used at every gathering at the time of outputting image data, the management control means 6 judges whether or not it is the same organization as the previously inputted one and image data is not shifted among the respective data storage means 41 to 43 when it is the same as the previoudly inputted gathering. In case of difference, different image data is shifted to the data storage means where the gathering to be organized is stored, the respective means 41 to 43 and corresponding dataoutputting means 51 to 53 are controlled and, then, whole image data can be simultaneously outputted from the respective means 51 to 53. Thus, many kinds of image data stored in the respective means 41 to 42 are outputted at one time in a short period and output processing time is shortened.
