Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a body suit having a high correcting effect on the body figure and designed so as to be effectively worn by persons having widely different body figures.
CONSTITUTION: By the treatment that an elastic belt-like piece 4 having an almost X shape is sewn to a front body 2, an elastic force of the elastic belt-like piece 4 acts so as to pull up the superplus flesh of the side body part toward the middle part, press the superplus flesh of the body part and tighten the west in the upper forward direction. Further, by the treatment that an elastic belt-like piece 5 having an almost X shape is sewn to a rear body 3, an elastic force of the elastic belt-like piece 5 acts so as to pull up the superplus flesh on the side part of the hip part toward the middle part, contract the width of the hip and make the middle part of the hip project toward the back. This elastic force acts also so as to pull the shoulder part toward the back, keep straight the line of the backbone and correct the posture and this body suit can, consequently, make the figure of the body look beautiful.
