PURPOSE: To improve degree of freedom in arrangement of an engine stop operational means and reduce the number of members so as to decrease manufacturing cost.
CONSTITUTION: When stop operational force F in the direction reducing a fuel quantity is applied from an engine stop operational means 11 to either one of a quantity regulation rack 10, a quantity regulation rack pin 2 and a interlocking rod 3, and the quantity regulation rack 10 is interlocked from the fuel injection to the engine stop position R, the long hole part 6 for sliding of the interlocking rod 3 is slid in direction of relduing a fuel quantity in relation to the transmission pin 5 of a governer lever 4, and thereby the governer lever 4 is left behind. A stoppage part 2b of a start spring 8 is formed on the more top end side than the rod coupling part 2a of the quantity regulation rack pin 2, and then the extistent start spring 8 is interposed between the stoppage part 2b and a fixure 47 so as to prevent falling of the interlocking rod 3.
