CONSTITUTION: When a starting switch 1 is turned on, a control signal is outputted from a CPU 2, and high-frequency output or DC voltage is impressed on a hair removing needle 5 for prescribed impression time in the impression timing from a high-frequency generator 3 and a DC generator 4 according to this control signal. In this case, the high-frequency output is intermittently impressed, and the impression time is set so as to become about 70% of the hair removal processing time, and the DC voltage is continuously impressed on and after the second impression time of the high-frequency output, and the impression time is set so as to become about 85% of the hair removal processing time. The high-frequency output is continuously impressed over the hair removal processing time, and the DC voltage is intermittently impressed, and the impression time is set so as to become about 55% of the hair removal processing time.
