PURPOSE: To provide a mimeograph type processing printer wherein a master consisting substantially of thermoplastic synthetic resin film can be conveyed to a master stopping means assuredly and plate parting does not occur.

CONSTITUTION: A processing means 50 comprises a storage means 30 for storing a master 10, a master stopping means 40 arranged on outer peripheral face of a porous barrel-like plate cylinder 1 for clamping an end of the master 10, a thermal head 11 for processing the master 10 by punching based on print image information, and a platen roller 12 for conveying the master 10 to the master stopping means 40 by pressing the master 10 to the thermal head 11. In a mimeograph type processing printer arranged in a master conveying passage P between the processing means 50 and the master stopping means 40 and having a master cutting means 60 for cutting the master, a master tip heat mold means 70 for forming with heat the tip of the master is provided in the master conveying passage P between the processing means 50 and the master cutting means 60.
