Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a vibration damping structure which is integrately conncted to a base plate easy to vibrate such as a vehicle floor panel by thermal fusion, and does not cause blocking during storage and conveyance.
CONSTITUTION: This vehicle damping structure consists of two layers of a spacer layer of a foaming thermosetting resin sheet and a vibration damping material sheet layer or three layers formed by laminating a restricted material sheet layer, thereon, and is used by foamed, fused and hardened with heating on a vibration base plate. A hot melt adhesive film of 70-160°C softening temperature and 10-500μm thickness is stuck onto the spacer layer of the vibration base plate surface side in order to prevent blocking.
