Abstract:
PURPOSE: To allow the sure supply of only the required amt. of alumina powder having small particle sizes and a high flow property onto a rack plate and the laying of the powder at a uniform thickness at the time of laying the alumina powder on the rack plate.
CONSTITUTION: A discharge port at the bottom end of A hopper 14 is opened and closed by a cover body 20 and the opening and closing of the cover body 20 are executed by allowing 1st and 2nd engaging rollers 42, 44 of a side plate 36 holding the cover body 20 to ride on projecting parts 12a at the rear end and front end of the rack plate 10. The cover body 20 is closed by the detachment of these engaging rollers 42, 44 from the projecting parts 12a based on the forward and backward movements of the rack plate 10.
