Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for supplying sublimatable plating raw materials which continuously supplies the sublimatable plating raw materials and by which stable plating deposition is continuously obtd. for a long period of time.
CONSTITUTION: The plural bar-shaped raw materials 2 are juxtaposed on a belt conveyor 3 so as to be parallel with the traveling direction of a continuously traveling band-shaped material 1 to be plated and while these plating raw materials 2 are moved in a direction intersecting with the traveling direction of the plate material 1 to be plated, the plating raw materials 2 are sublimated in the method for depositing the sublimatable materials by evaporation on the material 1.
