Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the part where current density is high from exceeding the critical current density of superconducting materials in a low-loss transmission line using superconducting line.
CONSTITUTION: A coplanar line A is constituted by laminating a dielectric layer 2 made of low dielectric constant materials on the top surface of a dielectric substrate 1 and by forming a strip conductor 3 made of superconducting materials and an earth conductor 4 made of superconducting materials by a thin film forming technique like a vapor deposition or a thick film forming technique like printing on the dielectric layer 2.
