Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate an assembly and to increase productivity by holding and fixing each terminal part of a grid base material and a filament base material between a substrate glass and a spacer. CONSTITUTION: An anode 24 is installed inside a lower substrate 20. A grid 26 is mounted keeping a constant interval above the anode 24. A grid base material 28 integrally-molded with the grid 26 is arranged so that the terminal part is extended to a shield line. In addition, a lot of filaments 36 are arranged above the grid 26. These filaments 36 are arranged under tension between filament base materials provided on the lower substrate 20. The terminal parts of the filament base materials are extended outside. According to this constitution, since it is possible to bake the grid base material and the filament base material by holding them between the lower substrate 20 and the spacer 42, manufacturing becomes possible by baking once.
