PURPOSE: To provide a toilet tissue paper holder on which the setting work of a toilet tissue paper roll can easily be performed and capable of easily performing a paper cut operation even when toilet tissue paper is decreased.

CONSTITUTION: This toilet tissue paper holder is constituted of a container shape receiving member 10 and a paper cutting plate 18 provided turnably and also, whose edge part is constituted as a paper cutting part 22 and whose internal plane connected to the paper cutting part is set as the part to be pressed of the toilet tissue paper roll 16. Also, it is constituted in such a way that an extrusive member 24 is arranged in a space 23 enclosed by the receiving member 10 and the paper cutting plate 18 so as to be moved in a pressing direction on the part 20 to be pressed of the toilet tissue paper roll 16, and also, to be abutted with a plane opposite to the part 20 to be pressed of the toilet tissue paper roll 16, and a spring member 25 arranged in the inside of the space 23 and which presses the extrusive member 24 in the pressing direction on the part 20 to be pressed for the toilet tissue paper roll 16 can be included.
