PURPOSE: To eliminate the pickup errors of chips caused by a mounting head by preventing the backlash caused by the oscillation of an oscillating lever for sending an electronic-part containing tape at a pitch.

CONSTITUTION: A pushing piece 7 pushes the upper end part of an oscillating lever 4 for driving a pitch-sending means 3 from the upper side. An accepting part 48 is located beneath the pushing piece 7 and supports the upper end part of the lever 4 from the lower side. An elastic supporting means 49 elastically supports the accepting part 48 so that the elastic part 48 is freely moved up and down. A driving means 21 drives the pushing piece 7 up and down.
