CONSTITUTION: A fixed plate 22 is attached on the lower surface of a bottom wall 20 of a heat insulating box body 3. A container-form waste water receiving member 23 is detachably attached to the fixed plate 22 from the bottom. On the waste water receiving member 23, a communicating part 31 of which the upper end opens above the bottom surface, and of which the lower end opens outside of the case is formed. Also, a drainage pipe member 21 which penetrates the bottom wall 20 of the heat insulating box body 3 and faces the outside of the case, and is opened above the waste water receiving member 23 under the upper end opening of the communicating part 31 is provided.
