Abstract:
PURPOSE: To assemble an iron core as desired and easily, and that accurately, and further at a low price, even under the condition that the height of a ceiling is low, with regard to assembling an iron core together with a coil from the condition that it is decomposed into the unit parts of a leg iron core and a yoke iron core.
CONSTITUTION: Both ends of the leg iron core 11 inserted into the coil 12 placed horizontally and the coil 12 are supported, as they are placed horizontally, with a supporting member 13, and these are set in required numbers, and upper and lower several yoke iron cores 20 and 21 are combined, and then these iron cores 11, 20, 21 and coils 12 are erected. Moreover the erection is performed separately for each supporting member 13. Furthermore, for the supporting member 13, the supporting member at transportation of the leg iron core 11 and the coil 12 is used.
