Title:
ELECTRONIC MUSICAL INSTRUMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0736463
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the electronic musical instrument which can sound syllable names of black keys musically correctly by providing a keyboard part, a key information input part, a syllable name determination dart, and sounding information.

CONSTITUTION: This electronic musical instrument consists of the keyboard part 11, the key information input part 12 which outputs key information, the syllable name determination part 13 which determines syllable names from musical performance information and the key information, a sounding information generation part 14, a sounding part 15, and a speaker 16. The keyboard part 11, sounding part 15, and speaker 16 operate similarly to a conventional keyboard part, a syllable name sounding part, and a speaker. The syllable name determination part 13 determines syllable name information (one of do, re, mi, fa, so, 1a, ti, and do) with black key information generated by the keyboard part 11 and the key information generated by the key information input part 12. Then the sounding information generation part 14 reads an interval out of the black key information and a syllable name out of the syllable name information and generates sounding information for sounding the syllable name at the interval. The generated sounding information is used to sound the syllable name at the interval by the sounding part 15 and speaker 16.
