PURPOSE: To provide a light receiving part with good shielding against electromagnetic noises from other electric equipment in a light receiving part used in an infrared-ray remote controller or a light space transmitting system.
CONSTITUTION: In a light receiving part, a transparent electrode 13 and a light receiving device 14 are provided. A non-conductive face of the transparent electrode 13 is put in contact with a flat face of a plano-convex lens 11. The light receiving device 14 behind the transparent electrode 13 is so placed that a central line thereof is put in accordance with that of the plano-convex lens 11. A metallic plate 16 has a hole used for inserting the light receiving device 14 and has a mechanism for pushing the light receiving device 14 to the transparent electrode 13. Also, through the metallic elasticity of the metallic plate 16, the plano-convex lens 11, the transparent electrode 13 and the light receiving device 14 are snugly fixed without a locational error. At the same time, the light receiving device 14 is electromagnetically shielded.
