Abstract:
PURPOSE:To weld a waiting work while an upper die outer member fixes the work and to shorten a forming cycle time by providing a welding head on the upper die outer member so that the welding head on the upper die outer member so that the welding head is descended interlocking is descending operation of the outer member of the upper die. CONSTITUTION:When the upper die outer member 3 fixes a work W, a welding head 9 is descended interlocking a descending operation and a lapped part of 1st and 2nd component W1, W2 is put between an electrode 8 and an electrode 13 of another welding head 14. When the work W is fixed by the upper die outer member 3, that is, when the work W is pressed by the upper die inner member 4 descended thereafter, welding is performed to a work W waiting for the next press work, namely, the 1st and 2nd component W1, W2. Accordingly, the cycle time can be reduced.
